This session is for staff who deliver face to face patient care. It looks at several forms of communication and explores more difficult conversations.
Topics covered include sharing experiences of difficult conversations, attributes of a skilled helper, guidelines for difficult conversations and a sculpting/scenario exercise.
A Weldmar Hospicecare certificate will be provided upon completion.
