Day 6 – Knapor – Banteay Ampil – Knapor
Today we enter a whole new environment, trekking through a peaceful mangrove forest to our lunch spot. This afternoon we continue to Prasat Banteay Ampil, a hidden Angkorian temple which has largely been reclaimed by the jungle. After taking some time to explore we complete the day’s trek and return the short distance back to our homestay accommodation by bus.

Transfers: 5-10 mins in vehicle at end of the day
Trek: 17 kms/7 hrs (mainly flat and gentle)
