Will my family also be supported by Weldmar at Home?

Yes. The care provided in the home by a member of the Weldmar at Home team is, of course, for the patient, but they are also there to listen to any concerns or worries from loved ones, and answer any questions. If necessary, family members and loved ones can be referred to our Family Support Services team.
