From nurses who have the opportunity to spend more time with patients, through to fundraising and support roles, and retail vacancies in our popular charity shops across Dorset, there are more career opportunities at Weldmar Hospicecare than you think.

We also have a wonderful team of volunteers in a wide variety of roles.

Hospice Nurse

When you think about who works for a hospice charity, you will probably think of doctors and nurses. They are, of course, an essential part of the care that we provide, but we could not do what we do without an incredibly hardworking team behind them, both staff and volunteers.

We are a friendly organisation, where each employee and volunteer is valued for the contribution and the difference they make.

Our Dorset based jobs and careers include clinical positions in the community and at our Inpatient Unit, plus therapists, counsellors, social workers, hotel services and maintenance, retail, and head office functions such as fundraising, finance, administration, and marketing.
