As Practice Educator, you will work with your colleagues in our established multidisciplinary team at the Inpatient Unit to provide ongoing training to our clinical staff, enabling them to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
For this key role, we’re looking for an experienced registered nurse who is a great communicator, who can play a crucial role in developing, promoting, and maintaining a culture of learning that enhances clinical development, and facilitates the implementation of evidence based “Best Practice” principles.
As well as facilitating clinical competencies and assessments for our clinical team, you’ll also be supporting the induction of new team members, volunteers, and students within the Inpatient Unit, which is based in a beautiful setting in Dorchester.
Experience in training would be an advantage, but full support and training will be given.
