We are looking for a Deputy Manager at our Dorchester Outlet. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in leading the team to generate the vital income required from donated goods, to ensure that we can provide end of life care to our patients and their families now and in the future.

No two days are the same in our Outlets – which are larger sites that also sell furniture, so you’ll need to be friendly, confident, and willing to take a hands-on approach in everything from outstanding customer service though to ensuring the Outlet floor is well presented and welcoming.
Everyone who comes through the door, whether it’s to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they’ll make Weldmar their charity of choice in future. You might want the opportunity to develop your existing retail or customer service supervisory experience, or just be looking to put your experience to good use in a popular local charity shop.
You may be asked to work flexibly to cover annual leave and sickness at other times.
