Are you a dedicated and caring pharmacist looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity?

We are seeking a part time pharmacist who will provide expert advice and support to the multi-disciplinary team at our inpatient unit in Dorchester.

The role involves reviewing medications prescribed, providing medication advice to our inpatients and collaborating with healthcare professionals at Weldmar and our pharmacy provider at DCHFT.

The role supports our delivery of high-quality palliative and end of life care, through giving information and advice, training, and education.

You need to be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
