We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and engaging person to join the team at our busy Outlet in Dorchester. You will be integral to ensuring that our customers have a positive experience, as well as maximising income from donated goods.

On the shop floor, you’ll need to have great customer service skills, welcoming and serving customers who may be either donating or buying goods, and also have a keen eye for detail so that displays remain smart and presentable.
Behind the scenes is just as important, as you unpack and sort through donations, ensuring quality is maintained, and good interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with other members of staff and volunteers. No two days are the same when working in charity retail, thanks to the range of items that are donated, including furniture, and you’ll expected to be flexible and willing to help with all tasks as required.
