We are seeking a motivated Community Nurse to join our Specialist Hospice at Home team. Working across South Dorset, you will provide high-quality palliative and end of life care, supporting patients to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes wherever possible.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic care, symptom management, emotional support, and advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
