We’re looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our multi-skilled Specialist Hospice at Home Service on a permanent contract.
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team based in West Dorset, helping to deliver exceptional care to patients with life limiting illnesses.
Working alongside our Weldmar Community Nurses and wider multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with their personal care needs, promote dignity and independence, and provide practical and emotional support to both patients and their loved ones.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and committed to providing outstanding person-centred care.
Please note, this is a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week with a weekend working rota approximately 1 in 6.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is required for this role.
