Weldmar Hospicecare recognised as a ‘Living Wage Employer’

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Weldmar Hospicecare has been officially accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.

This means the charity is paying salaries to staff based on the true cost of living. This rate, known as the ‘real’ living wage, is voluntarily paid by employers who want to ensure their employees earn a wage that is genuinely reflective of the needs of modern life, going above and beyond the government’s National Living Wage.
