Weldmar’s Make a Will Month
During October, you can write or amend a Will with a participating local solicitor in return for a suggested donation to Weldmar Hospicecare – a significant saving on the usual cost.
Make a Will Month 2024 has now ended.
You are able to write a free Will with Weldmar Hospicecare at any time, and we have a dedicated Legacy Administrator to help you get started, and provide support. We can send you a useful pack with helpful advice, too.
More about how to leave a gift in your Will
Throughout October, local solicitors have generously agreed to provide their time free of charge to offer a limited number of Will writing appointments at a highly discounted rate.
Now, more than ever, it is important that you have a Will. It provides you with the peace of mind that your wishes and affairs are protected, should the worst happen. Think about those closest to you who you would like to leave your estate to, and maybe even consider leaving an affordable gift to a charity close to your heart, like Weldmar Hospicecare.
Gifts left in Wills fund the care of one in every three patients we care for each and every day. Whether you have an existing Will that needs updating or you need to write a new one, this is your opportunity.
Below are the solicitors that are participating in the scheme this year. All they ask in return is that you pay a significantly discounted fee in return for the appointment – and maybe even consider an affordable gift in your Will to Weldmar Hospicecare.
A single will discounted to just £125, and joint will discounted to £190 – saving you a significant amount!
