Volunteering at Weldmar Hospicecare’s Summer Fete 2026

The Weldmar Summer Fete is returning for 2026 and, as always, we couldn’t put on such a popular local event without the help of a fabulous bunch of volunteers. If you would like to be part of the team this year, please fill out the form and a member of the Fundraising Team will be in touch!

Set up - 8am – 11am

Morning - 10.30am – 1-30pm (Entrance/refreshments/stalls)

Afternoon - 1.15pm – 4pm (Entrance/refreshments/stalls)

Clear down - 4pm onwards (Manual handling - lifting, setting up and clearing tables and chairs for stalls, gazebos, signage, bins etc)
