Today is the first day of 2023, a great time to start checking off some new year’s resolutions. Why not make this January the time to have a declutter and help us promote sustainable shopping? We present Weldmar’s Challenge – to Reduce, Rewear & Recycle.
Our challenge for you is, every day in January, find an item from around your home that you haven’t used in a long time and put it aside in a bag. It could be an unwanted Christmas present, clothing that is no longer your style, a toy that hasn’t been played with in a while, books that you have already read, or homeware taking up space in your cupboards.
Once the month is over and you have a full bag, drop the items into your local Weldmar shop or outlet. Not only will you have started the year having a clear out but your donations will also be going towards helping us provide specialist care in Dorset for adults with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones.
