Join us for a truly unforgettable evening of fire and fundraising. While the soft glow of the embers and twinkly outdoor lights set the scene, a team of brave souls will be walking across hot coals to raise funds to help us continue providing vital end of life care to the local community.
Friends and family are more than welcome to join us for the evening and cheer you on as you take on the challenge!

You will be in safe hands with Firewalk Events UK, who will be running the fire walk.
It’s just £15 per person to sign up, with a suggested fundraising target of £200. Our fundraising team will support you on every step of your fundraising journey, and our online Fundraising Hub has lots of ideas and downloadable fundraising materials for you to explore.

Where and when is it taking place?
The Firewalk is being held at Weldmar Hospicecare, Herringston Road, Dorchester in the lower car park on Friday 13th November 2026.
How much is it to take part?
There is a £15 registration fee per participant, and a £200 suggested fundraising target which our Fundraising Team are more than happy to support you with.
Is there a minimum age that can take part?
The Firewalk can be completed by anyone aged 12+ although anyone under the age of 18 years old must have parental consent, and must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult on the day.

Do we need to bring anything?
Firewalk Events UK recommend that Firewalk participants bring flip flops, as the ground surrounding the fire can get a bit chillly!
