We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team on a six month fixed term contract.
You will be performing a crucial role in delivering an effective HR service across the organisation, aligned to our strategy of fostering a positive working environment that enables our people to thrive.
You’ll also ensure that all legislative requirements are embedded in the development of project and policy work, in line with best practice and provide expertise in all people areas, with an operational involvement in employee relations.
Building strong, meaningful relationships with key individuals and departments is vital, ensuring day to day HR matters are dealt with effectively.
To apply for this position, you should have proven experience as a HR Business Partner or employee relations specialist, and have a strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
