Are you an excellent communicator, who is confident, well organised, and ready to play a key role in Weldmar’s Fundraising Team?

In this position, you’ll drive all aspects of our applications for trust funds, from researching prospects to crafting compelling funding proposals. Working closely with the Major Gifts and Partnerships Lead, you’ll develop and implement strategies to maximise income opportunities, and provide personalised donor experiences.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work closely with fundraising, clinical, and finance colleagues to achieve our shared goals. You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your own fundraising targets, contributing directly to our overall fundraising strategy.
