We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Fashion/Charity Retail Manager to provide operational management within our Retail department.

Of course, as well as demonstrating our Core Values you will also need a strong track record in fashion/charity retail management, with the ability to ensure effective management of stock levels, have overall responsibility for staff and volunteers within the retail sites and compliance of legal responsibilities.
We ask that the successful candidate is responsible for maximizing profitability within our retail sites located in Dorset and the surrounding area.
You will also have the opportunity to work with the Director of Retail in the opening of new operations and ensure the retail sites are an excellent public face for the charity.
As part of our strategy to improve our sustainability we will also ask that the successful candidate will develop opportunities for re-cycling of textiles and explore further sustainability initiatives.
