Are you ready to make a profound difference in the lives of those navigating an end-of-life journey?

Weldmar is currently seeking a dedicated Counsellor to join our compassionate Patient and Family Support Services team.

As a Weldmar Counsellor, you’ll directly provide up to Level 3 Psychological Support and counselling to patients, families, and carers, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Collaborating closely with our Service Lead, you’ll contribute to the development and quality of our psychological support service.

Your responsibilities will include assessing referrals, delivering psychological support at recommended NICE levels, and managing a caseload to maintain a consistent, professional, and reliable service. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to support your colleagues by providing training as required.
