Join our team at Weldmar as a Sales Assistant for our Charity Shop! You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our shop while upholding our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include unpacking, pricing, sorting, and selling donated goods, as well as promoting our stock to maximize income. Working closely with our team of volunteers, you’ll help maintain a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor and ensure our displays are always appealing.
In addition to assisting with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties, you’ll also act as a key holder for the premises and undertake banking of monies during the Manager’s absence.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in their community. Experience in a retail environment is preferred, but full training will be provided.
