As a Fundraising and Supporter Care Assistant, you’ll be part of a team who are the primary point of contact for supporter enquiries and information. It’s a crucial role, ensuring that all donor interactions are handled with care. Providing effective stewardship of our supporters will encourage their longer term support.
Attention to detail is a must, as you’ll work closely with the Finance Department to ensure that income is correctly allocated, and adhere to GDPR regulations regarding supporter communications. Additionally, you’ll be helping to support the wider fundraising team in key fundraising events and initiatives.
