We are looking for a great retail manager to lead the team at our popular Weymouth Outlet.
No two days are the same in our Outlets – which are larger sites that also sell furniture, so you’ll need to be friendly, confident, and willing to take a hands on approach in everything from outstanding customer service though to ensuring the Outlet floor is well presented and welcoming.
Everyone who comes through the door, whether it’s to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they’ll make Weldmar their charity of choice in future.
Of course, as well as demonstrating our Core Values you will also need a strong track record in retail management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team that includes volunteers, track sales performance and meet targets, and the pricing and quality control of stock.
Although the outlet is part of a well-established chain of Weldmar retail outlets across Dorset, as Outlet Manager you will have the responsibility for all aspects of the day to day operational running of your own site, which makes a direct difference to the care we provide to our patients and their families in Dorset.
