We’re seeking an experienced HR generalist with a strong grasp of operational HR, including policies and employment regulations. You’ll be comfortable engaging at all levels of the charity and influencing senior leaders. With a positive, can-do attitude, you’ll guide and support managers through a coaching approach. If you thrive in a small to medium-sized company, transitioning between operational and strategic HR, this role is for you.
What You’ll Need:
• CIPD Chartered/Fellow Member or equivalent experience.
• Extensive senior HR experience in both operational and strategic HR.
• Knowledge of the health care sector and employment law.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for people development and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I).
This role is ideal for a Head of HR or a Senior HR Manager ready to step up, offering responsibility, influence, and a rewarding environment.
