We’re looking for someone who can combine hands-on management with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the Outlet is always welcoming and well-presented for shoppers and donors alike.
Everyone who comes through the door, whether to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so they’ll make Weldmar their charity of choice in future.
Of course, as well as demonstrating our Core Values, you will also need a strong track record in retail management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team that includes volunteers, track sales performance, meet targets, and manage stock quality and pricing.
Although the Blandford Outlet is part of a well-established chain of Weldmar retail outlets across Dorset, as Outlet Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of your site, directly contributing to the care we provide to patients and families across Dorset.
