Ensuring that we maximise income from the resale of donated goods, enables Weldmar to continue providing outstanding care and support for local adults with a life limiting illness, and their loved ones.
As Online Shop Manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operational management and efficiency of Weldmar’s Online Shop, ensuring that the function promotes and commercially presents donated goods for resale.
You’ll use your visual and presentation skills to create attractive and effective detailed photographs with accurate written support, to ensure that the online shop is regularly updated, reviewed and replenished, keeping a buoyant and interesting online presence.
Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, and supported by the Online Shop Assistant and a team of volunteers, you will ensure engagement with our online customers, answering their queries and dispatching goods appropriately in order to maintain Weldmar’s reputation as an online seller and provide customers with a memorable service.
