Become a part of Weldmar’s charity shop team in Blandford!
As a shop assistant, you will ensure smooth shop operations, and deliver excellent customer service. Your duties include unpacking, pricing, sorting, and selling donated goods, promoting stock to maximize income, and working with volunteers to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and appealing displays. In addition to day-to-day tasks and administrative duties, you’ll also act as a key holder and handle banking responsibilities during the manager’s absence.
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. While retail experience is preferred, full training will be provided. This could be your chance to gain retail experience or put your existing experience to good use in a popular local charity shop.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is not required for this role.
