Are you a people person with retail experience and a positive attitude?
This is an opportunity to step up, or use your existing experience, to be a leader in our popular charity shop in Dorchester town centre on a Saturday and Sunday. As the senior member of staff, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operational running of the shop, including:
• Leading and motivating our fantastic team of staff and volunteers
• Ensuring every shopper and donor is welcomed and valued
• Maintaining high standards of visual displays
• Managing the store independently in the manager’s absence
You need to be experienced in retail and ready to take charge, have a friendly and approachable manner, and have a passion for representing Weldmar and making a difference for the charity.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is required for this role.
