Weldmar Hospicecare is opening an exciting new superstore in Bridport this spring. We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic manager who will be at the heart of everything we do:
You’ll need to:
- Create an exceptionally welcoming experience to ensure the superstore is the town’s first port of call for charity shopping and donations
- Curate eye catching displays varying from fashion to vintage treasures to furniture, to drive sales and meet our high retail standards
- Inspire and coach a team of staff and volunteers, leading by example
