We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Deputy Manager.
- Support the Store Manager in creating an exceptionally welcoming experience, making our superstore the town’s first port of call for sustainable shopping and donations.
- Take a lead role in curating eye-catching displays, from fashion and vintage treasures to furniture, ensuring our high retail standards are always met.
- Actively coach and support our diverse team of staff and volunteers, leading by example to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Confidently manage the store’s daily operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
