Are you a friendly and confident retail professional? We are looking for a Deputy Manager at our Wyke Regis charity shop, who can lead by example and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.
In our shops, no two days are ever the same. As part of the management team, you will be expected to:
- Be hands on – sorting donations, managing the shop floor, handling financial and admin tasks.
- Motivate a team of staff and volunteers, and promote a positive culture.
- Ensure every customer has an experience that will make Weldmar their first choice to shop and donate.
If you have supervisory experience in retail or customer service who knows how to get the best out of a team, can prioritise tasks and communicate confidently, we’d love to hear from you.
