This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience and wants to develop their leadership skills while making a real difference in their local community.
Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store, helping to maximise sales, deliver excellent customer service, and lead our amazing team of volunteers.
This store stocks everything from fashion and furniture to homeware and hidden treasures. You’ll be at the heart of a thriving retail operation that helps raise funds for a cause that makes a real difference to local people and families in Dorset
