You will have excellent interpersonal skills which will see you proactively engaging with managers to determine their recruitment needs. Using your understanding of the labour market and expert knowledge of traditional and emerging recruitment methods and techniques, you will identify the best approach in order to effectively attract, assess and select the best candidates.
Your experience will mean that you have an excellent understanding of the end to end recruitment and onboarding procedures and related legislation. You will have proven experience of developing processes as well as in depth knowledge of software and Applicant Tracking Systems which aids the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service.
You are used to prioritising a demanding and conflicting workload by being highly organised and remaining efficient under pressure, as well as working supportively and collaboratively with colleagues.
