On Friday 13th November 2026, Weldmar is hosting an exhilerating Firewalk at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester and it promises to be an unforgettable evening.

While the soft glow of the embers and twinkly outdoor lights set a stunning backdrop, a team of brave supporters will be stepping up to walk across burning hot coals. Could you be one of them?

It’s a chance to expand your comfort zone, test your limits, and do something extraordinary to help support adults with life limiting illnesses and their families. Every single step taken will raise vital funds to help us continue providing specialist, compassionate end of life care across Dorset.

Anyone aged 12+ can take part, making this a fantastic fundraising event for family teams – and you will be able to invite your family and friends to cheer you on as you step across the embers!
