How do I prepare for writing or updating a Will?

Before visiting your solicitor, or making your Will online, it’s a good idea to prepare.

Think about:

• What it is you own
• Who you want to remember in your Will
• The two people (executors) who will carry out the wishes in your Will
• How you would like to leave a gift to a charity, such as Weldmar Hospicecare.

If you have already written your Will, it’s a good idea to review it every five to ten years to ensure it still reflects your wishes.
