How long will I be able to use the Weldmar at Home service?

This really depends on your situation. As with all of our services, we put together an individualised plan based on your needs, and any other packages of care that are available. Even if the care moves to another provider, Weldmar will still be involved in your care at home through your Weldmar Community Nurse.
