We have a new opportunity for somebody to join our People Services Team to support and lead on our internal L&D activity.
Based in Dorchester and working within the People Services Team, this role is responsible for the continued delivery and evaluation of our internal learning and development programme, which includes Apprenticeships. Ensuring that our offering aligns with Weldmars Values, strategic aims and objectives whilst meeting the needs of staff and volunteers.
You’ll be accountable for working with Leaders to ensure that all statutory and mandatory training is completed, providing relevant MI, insights and reporting as required. You will work closely with our People Services Business Partners and Administrators to identify and address any skills or knowledge gaps within the organisation.
You’ll also be responsible for our relationship with our external training providers, e-learning partners and our Weldmar Learning Hub.
